The Planning Commission says NO!
At the Board of County Commissioners hearing last month, the Snake River Canyon Ranch introduced a significantly modified application from what had been reviewed by planning staff and the Planning Commission. As a result, the application was remanded back to the Planning Commission. On Monday, the Planning Commission said NO to the request for an increase in residential density for a multifamily housing project adjacent to the Wild and Scenic Snake River and in the Natural and Scenic Resource Overlays. The Conservation Alliance continues to OPPOSE this environmentally degrading development proposal.
Stay tuned for the Board of County Commissioners hearing date. As always public comments can be made in person or by email at commissioners@tetoncountywy.gov
