About JHCA
Jackson Hole Conservation Alliance is Teton County’s leading advocacy group for conservation and responsible land-use policy. Backed by science, motivated by nature, and supported by the community, JHCA believes this place is worth protecting.
Since 1979, the Conservation Alliance has worked to keep Jackson Hole wild. The results of our work are mostly things we don’t see today, like oil drilling operations and wildlife theme parks.
We seek to protect Teton County’s shared vision of a thriving coexistence between people and wildlife. We work to close loopholes in land development regulations, update planning standards, and block irresponsible developments that threaten that vision. We take on big challenges to achieve meaningful change.
