JHCA supported the Town's proposed Natural Resources Overlay amendments and recommended revisions to strengthen protections for wildlife habitat, wetlands, and water resources. The Alliance urged the Town Council to adopt town-wide wildlife permeability standards, strengthen environmental review requirements, clarify habitat protections, and refine retaining wall standards to better align the regulations with the Comprehensive Plan and long-term conservation goals.

JHCA filed a formal administrative objection to the U.S. Forest Service's Final Environmental Impact Statement and draft decision approving the Grand Targhee Resort expansion. The Alliance urged the Forest Service to deny expansion into South Bowl and Mono Trees, arguing that the proposal would harm wildlife habitat, water resources, and public lands, conflicts with the Forest Plan, and relies on inadequate environmental analysis for multiple protected species.

JHCA urged the Jackson Town Council to deny the proposed 50 Millward Hotel sketch plan, arguing that it conflicts with the intent of the Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Regulations. The Alliance opposed the project's use of multiple exempt basement levels and reliance on the public right-of-way for valet operations, warning that approval would set a precedent for excessive development intensity and increase impacts to groundwater, traffic, housing, and community character.

JHCA and the Jackson Hole Wildlife Foundation urged the Teton County Board of County Commissioners to incorporate stronger wildlife permeability measures into the Downtown Wilson transportation improvement project.
