Dr. Matt Neimat is a board-certified internal medicine physician and the founder of Alpenglow Health, a concierge internal medicine and longevity practice in Jackson, Wyoming. He trained at The George Washington University School of Medicine and completed his internal medicine residency at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City, bringing 15 years of inpatient and outpatient clinical experience to his practice.

Dr. Neimat has called Jackson Hole home for ova decade, and he built his medical practice around the same conviction that shapes his commitment to conservation: that this landscape is inseparable from the health and vitality of the people who live in it. An avid backcountry skier, trail runner, mountain biker, and outdoor enthusiast, he understands firsthand what access to wild spaces means to this community — and what's at stake as it grows.

He brings a clinician's grounding in evidence, critical thinking, and patient advocacy to his work as a board member of the Jackson Hole Conservation Alliance, where he is committed to balancing responsible development, community vitality, and preserving the region's natural resources for future generations.
