Chair

I have lived full-time year-round in Jackson Hole since 2013.  We visited the region often in the decades prior to that.  My years in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem (GYE) have been active.  I’ve hiked, camped, bicycled, kayaked, and skied (XC, Alpine & BC) for recreation.  For ten winter seasons, I have alpine ski instructed at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.  Also, I served six years on the Greater Yellowstone Coalition (GYC) Board of Directors as Treasurer and Finance and Audit Committee Chairs.  Traveling the GYE with GYC, I gained a deep understanding of the threats and opportunities facing the Region.  I have a strong interest in indigenous vegetation and efforts to reclaim habitats that have been harmed by human endeavors. I am concerned that the trajectory of the region may ratchet away from valuing the natural landscape that makes it unique.

I carry a business career that spanned over thirty years.  I graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans with undergraduate and MBA degrees in Accounting, Finance and Marketing.  I earned my CPA and practiced with PWC for several years. Thereafter, I held corporate positions in Finance, External and Internal Auditing and Risk Management within the financial services industry including banking, insurance and investments.  I also am a Certified Fraud Examiner.  Policy, process and governance are keen interests of mine.
