As school has recently started, we’ve partnered with The Literacy Center’s after school programs to teach Jackson’s future generations about conservation. Groups of 5th graders and kindergarteners used teamwork to brainstorm wildlife habitats for the local flora & fauna. From there, the kids will learn about safe wildlife interactions and the importance of sharing a home with their favorite creatures!
Take a look at these habitats- with wonderful homes made for everything from earthworms & snakes to moose & bears. The future for our next generation of conservation leaders is exciting!
