State Watch Party: Wildlife Crossings

May 15, 2019 at 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

After an eventful Cheyenne session, the legislature is back and starting interim committee meetings. We’ll be watching them, and invite you to join us!

The Transportation, Highways & Military Affairs committee will be discussing wildlife crossings as a way to reduce collisions and injuries while also conserving resources. We’re excited to see wildlife crossings gaining momentum across the state and will engage with the committee going forward.

As we saw over the last few months, decisions made in Cheyenne have a direct local impact. Luckily for us, our partners at the Equality State Policy Center pushed for years to have interim meeting recorded and live-streamed. So, join us for a watch party on May 15 at 2pm at the Alliance to see how the wildlife crossings discussion unfolds (685 S Cache).

Note: Meeting times subject to change – we’ll keep you posted with any updates.

You can also monitor and watch committee meetings on the state legislature website: https://wyoleg.gov/Committees/List/2019/J
