WY22 Wetlands Walking Tour
September 17 at 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Join JHCA for an exclusive walking tour of the fen along WY Highway 22. This unique habitat forms the headwaters of Cody Creek.
Hear from Wetland Scientist, Kent Werlin, from Biota Research and Consulting, Inc. He has studied this habitat extensively as Indian Springs Ranch HOA’s wetland consultant.
See and learn first-hand about the importance of the fen and the threats it faces with the proposed WY22 corridor expansion between Jackson and Wilson.
JHCA is advocating for common-sense solutions to traffic and safety concerns along this corridor to protect people, wildlife, and conservation easements.
Space is limited. RSVP is required. Click here to reserve your spot and to get more event details.
This free public event is brought to you by the Jackson Hole Conservation Alliance.
Special thanks to the landowner, Teton Science Schools, for granting permission to access their protected open space.
