Did you know that gifts through Old Bill’s Fun Run have supported 6 rounds of the Conservation Leadership Institute (CLI)? That includes 93 graduates! Here’s a little bit about another star in our growing Alliance family, CLI graduate Allison Michalski.
Allison is a Conservation Leadership Institute (CLI) graduate who appreciates the relationships she was able to build in the conservation field and the campaign organizing skills she learned from the program.
She currently works for Friends of the Teton River as their Outreach Coordinator and Water Quality Program Director. A fellow CLI alum who has been impressed with Allison since the program speaks highly of her work: “[She] works hard to make Friends of the Teton River the most impactful organization possible.”
In the near future, Allison will be working with the Greater Yellowstone Coalition and hopes to put her legal skills to work for our natural resources as the County moves forward with the process of updating our natural resource regulations.
Allison’s dedication to the valley and her passion for conservation continue to inspire us and others who have had the opportunity to work with her.
When she’s not working to protect the valley and our area resources, you can find Allison playing in the mountains with her two dogs, Albert and Olivia.
Thanks for all your hard work in protecting the wildlife, wild places, and community character of Jackson Hole, Allison!
