County processes community input on Tribal Trail before announcing next steps in the proposal process.
Thank you to everyone who engaged with Teton County’s process for the proposed Tribal Trail Connector Road. We had a great response to our call-to-action last week and we’re hoping our elected officials listen to our community. Stay tuned for more updates as this project moves through the timeline – we’ll update you as the County schedules their next steps in advance of a vote in front of the County Commissioners later this summer.
In other transportation news, we’ll be attending the Teton Transportation Coalition meeting next week. This group consists of many regional stakeholders and looks to find common ground where we can be impactful. We’ll be discussing the redesign of WY-22 and the upcoming transportation measures on the SPET ballot, among other important topics. With our summer traffic problems about to begin, it’s great to see so many community members take time to find consensus and tackle these problems together.
