Can You Imagine a “Car Free Day?”

Can You Imagine a “Car Free Day?”

Three proponents of alternative commuting options want more people to not only imagine alternatives driving to work, they want you to take advantage of the alternatives we as a community have.

The Teton Village Association, Friends of Pathways and the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort are inviting you to “Imagine a car free day.”  On August 17, they are inviting you to “Ditch the Drive.”

These three organizations want to encourage you to leave your cars in the  and either walk, bike or bus, providing breakfast treats to sweeten your day while you sweeten the discussion of alternate ways of commuting in Jackson Hole.

Here is their invitation.
