The county’s consultant released three alternatives for NSP last month. We shared our analysis widely: Do the Northern South Park development ‘alternatives’ provide what our community needs?
Last week, we read a letter from one of the landowners (attached to Billy Arnold’s article in the JH News & Guide) that expresses many of the same concerns regarding affordability, an East-West Connector, and mentions conservation development options (the “CN-PRD”).
We are looking forward to further dialogue among the community and landowners to see if we can plan a neighborhood for everyone, including wildlife, in Northern South Park. For now, stay tuned!
