On October 9, 2023, a Variance to the Hoback River setback was heard by the Teton County Planning Commission. The application was to reduce the setback from 150-feet to 50-feet. The applicant wishes to construct a single-family home and small wastewater facility all within the river setback. The Planning Commission continued this application to their October 23rd meeting at 6pm.
