Traffic exceeds peak from last summer.
We don’t think we need to point out to anyone that traffic already feels like it’s exceeded peaks from previous summers, and it’s not even the Fourth of July yet! Silver lining: it’s been great to see so many people out and about on the pathways getting some fresh air and utilizing alternative modes of transportation.
The principal from Nelson\Nygaard, our transportation consultant, recently visited to get the lay of the land and some face time with key stakeholders. We are looking forward to his return visit at the end of the month to hold a vision workshop to get a better idea of which solutions the community feels appropriate to address our congestion problem.
