We’re waiting in the same line of cars as you all are – and we’re doing something about it!
We had a great meeting with WYDOT Director Luke Reiner and his executive staff last week and informed them of our vision to get our community behind a progressive approach to addressing our transportation issues. They were very receptive, and we look forward to engaging with them at every step of the way.
Our next big step is our first stakeholder workshop next week. We will have Nelson\Nygaard in town to facilitate a discussion about Transportation Demand Management (strategies and policies to reduce travel demand, or to redistribute this demand across space or time) and potential components that could be used in a WY22/390 corridor design that prioritizes our wildlife, open spaces, and community character along with safety and the efficient movement of people, goods, and services. We’re very excited to get input from our neighbors and look forward to sharing our progress with you soon.
