The Board of County Commissioners further delayed a decision on the Targhee Cabins development proposal. The challenges were based on the sequence of fire mitigation and emergency planning, steep slope siting of the cabins – promoted by the resort but prohibited by both Teton County LDR’s and the Targhee Master Plan.
