Spring babies are here, please be mindful of your impact
Moose, mule deer, elk, and bison are all having babies at this time of year. We’ve seen pictures roll in from all over the valley of new youngsters out for their first spring. Even grizzly 399 is spending some quality time with her new cub.
Please give wildlife space and time, especially with these new arrivals on the landscape.
Some new valley residents:
Karns Meadows: Mule deer fawn (photo: Susan Marsh) — please never approach young wildlife and make sure to give them space – even though mother does do leave their fawns alone, she is sure not to be far and will come back to check on her fawn.
